Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your return as quickly as possible.

**Return Window:**
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

**Return Process:**
1. Email info@benguelabags.co.za  to initiate the return process.
2. Place the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

**Please Note:**
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If free shipping applied to the sale, then the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the       refund amount.

- We only process refunds once we have received the item and confirmed its condition.
- Any item returned to us that does not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

**Refunds:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Exchanges:**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.
